As a Client Service and Marketing Associate, Laura serves as a key contact point for clients, supporting their day-to-day inquires and providing exceptional service that defines the Benchmark experience. In each interaction, her warm and detail-oriented approach is rooted in developing a full understanding of each client’s needs.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati, graduating magna cum laude. While at UC, she served on the executive board for the American Marketing Association and was actively involved with Lindner Women in Business.

Growing up in the Cincinnati area, Laura has lived on both sides of the river, including Dayton (Kentucky) and Anderson (Ohio). She now calls Dayton home. Outside the office, Laura enjoys reading, traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring new creative outlets in her free time.
